چکیده
For poverty-stricken mountainous cities in China, both poverty alleviation and ecological restoration projects are sources of land-use change urban development. However, the patterns changes understudied light sustainable forest management. The study aims to explore characteristics a city with focus on forests. This research proposed three-step approach multi-aspect dynamics land change, including differences among categories, spatial expansion, fragmentation. investigated Enshi City, based data from 2000, 2010, 2020. Throughout two intervals, gain water bodies loss grassland were active. Artificial surfaces increased most intensively 2010 2020, transitions cultivated land. Edge-expansion was dominant type artificial surface growth. Furthermore, forests had largest size across there substantial reduction fragmentation western part city. findings confirm that recent planning measures effective restoring natural environment. identified key areas can support management

At present, one of the issues of all cities is the urbanization and, consequently, the development of urban reptile tentacles on parakeet lands, the consequences of which are: Marginalization, destruction of agricultural lands, population growth of cities, failure to respond to certain services and utilities in the city, physical tissue fractures, environmental problems, especially pollution an...
متن کاملDetecting and Modelling the Trend of Change in the Forest Land Use in Garasu Watershed Area Using Landscape Metrics
Detecting, predicting and quantifying the trends of landscape pattern change in the forests of Gharasu watershed area are necessary so as to assess the crises or prevent them. To this aim, the land use maps belonging to the years 1987, 2002 and 2018 were classified through the maximum likelihood method, and the forest area changes were estimated. Then, through the Geomod model and the forest ch...

متن کاملEvaluation of Land Use Change Trends Using Landscape Measurements (Case Study: Pakdasht City)
Today, urban and rural planning and management programs need to obtain accurate spatial information at successive times about land use changes. The main purpose of this study is to study and evaluate land use changes due to physical development with respect to 4 land uses in Bayer, agricultural lands, water zones and man-made lands in Pakdasht. Data were collected through Landsat satellite imag...
متن کاملCharacterisation of Landscape with Forest Fragmentation Dynamics
Land cover (LC) and land use (LU) dynamics induced by human and natural processes play a major role in global as well as regional patterns of landscapes influencing biodiversity, hydrology, ecology and climate. Changes in LC features resulting in forest fragmentations have posed direct threats to biodiversity, endangering the sustainability of ecological goods and services. Habitat fragmentatio...
